We then Respectfully prepare your room before the cleaning process begins, Carefully Moving any Furniture with special sliders that wont damage your flooring, Then we Remove and Replace your rug onto a protective waterproof ground sheet that will protect any flooring type underneath.
Your Rug will then be Thoroughly Dry Vacuumed using our Powerful Industrial Vacuum Cleaner to remove any Loose dirt and hair and any other unwanted dry contaminants.
A specialist Rug pre conditioning solution will be applied to your rug to soften any further soilage and this solution will then be worked into the fibres using a gentle twin brush machine that will break down any soilage at the base of the pile giving you deep down long lasting results.
Your rug will then be treated for any Stains or odour issues using our extensive range of eco friendly products and solutions.
The next stage of the process is a combination of cleaning by hand and using our Top Level Machine to extract all the now liquified soilage away completely. We then apply a completely safe Pleasant Smelling odour neutraliser formulated to permanently brighten colours, prevent browning,

Your rug will now be dry assisted using a powerful air mover.
